Overview
We implement a typical project order in 4 phases:
- Target and role definition
- Assumption of tasks
- Implementation
- Closing
This gives you clear feedback on how we understand our mission, where we stand on the way to achieving our goals and finally a recommendation on what improvements are possible for the future.

Clarification of orders and definition of roles
Goal
The goals of our assignment are coordinated and our employees take on the optimal role for this assignment.
Procedure
Together we discuss the most important goals of your IT project and the expected obstacles on the way there.
We identify the key stakeholders and teams involved in your IT project.
Finally, we define the role that our employee is to take on. This could be the project leader or deputy project leader, a sub-project leader or the establishment of an active PMO. A coaching task for individual members of the project team is also possible.

Approximately 3 hours to conduct the interviews and review our understanding

Assumption of tasks
Goal
In this step, we structure the project, sub-project or PMO according to the role that has been agreed upon in order to be able to perform the defined role efficiently.
Procedure
We define the project organization in terms of clear end-to-end responsibilities and coordinate them with stakeholders.
We initiate the project planning on the basis of a defined, common planning tool and set up the necessary meeting, communication and escalation channels together with your team.
This phase depends very much on the situation and the phase the project is in at that time. However, it always serves to set up the previously defined role and make it effective.
At the end of this phase you will receive feedback on deviations between the agreed assignment and the situation actually observed by our consultants.

Implementation
Goal
We independently pursue the agreed goals within the framework of the intended role.
You will receive regular feedback on goal achievement, obstacles and necessary decisions.
Procedure
Together with your team we implement the project within the scope of the defined role.
In doing so, we keep an eye on the overall situation and support you with our company’s accumulated wealth of experience in the event of obstacles and deviations from targets.
They receive regular progress reports on the agreed objectives.

Closing
Goal
All implemented measures are documented, the status in the project is transparently prepared and handed over so that the team can take over all tasks.
Procedure
At the end of each project it is our concern to survey the “lessons learned” with your team and to get to the bottom of them.
You will receive documentation of these workshops and recommendations from our side on how you can make similar tasks more effective and efficient in the future.
Your temporal expenditure
Participation in the Lessons-Learned Workshop and discussion of the findings and our recommendations.
